U&I,DO applies to any type of communication and as such, is used with the necessary variations in all our Congruent programs. This includes Congruent Coaching , Congruent Conflict Management, Congruent Hiring, Congruent Facilitation, Congruent Selling and all others.
As one of our participants would say, Until U and I understand each other and what we are trying to accomplish, we cannot DO anything. In essence, that captures the sprit of the U&I,DO communication model and concept.
