The U&I, DO Model is used as a foundation for all our business communication initiatives. In each case, the 4 principles under the headings of Understand, Identify, Discuss and Organize are adapted to the specific communication requirements of each field.
Following is an example of the U&I,DO Model as it is used in Selling Skills.

As mentioned previously, U&I,DO applies to any type of communication and as such, is used with the necessary variations in all our Congruent programs. This includes Congruent Leadership, Congruent Coaching , Congruent Conflict Management, Congruent Hiring, Congruent Facilitation, Congruent Selling and all others.
As one of our participants would say, Until “U” and “I” understand each other and what we are trying to accomplish, we cannot “DO” anything of real value. In essence, that captures the spirit of the U&I,DO communication model and concept.
