PHILIPPE GLAUDE
Founder and President of Aseret Congruence LLC.
Philippe Glaude, a graduate of Collège de Montréal, earned a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and a M.Sc. in Microbiology-Immunology at Université Laval.
After an initial career as a research and teaching assistant, first at Hôpital du Saint-Sacrement, working on skin and tissue cultures, then at the Dental School of Université Laval focusing on the immunological disorders of the oral mucosa, Philippe joined the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1990.
Sales, Marketing and Clinical Research were his primary roles for 4 years before joining the management team of Leo laboratories, a subsidiary of the Leo Foundation in Denmark. From 1997 to 2002, Philippe Glaude was employed with Fournier Pharma Inc. as the Director of Training and Professional Development and later, Director of Sales for Eastern Canada. During his tenure at Fournier Pharma, Philippe was a member of the Board of Directors for 3 years.
Aseret Congruence LLC was founded in 2001 in the U.S. Human Resource Development and effective communication are the primary focus of the company with clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, Northern Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Management, Coaching (training of coaches and Executive coaching), Negotiation, Communication Skills, Decision Making Processes, Competency Models, Strategic Development and Team Dynamics are areas of expertise in which Philippe is a consultant for organizations such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, banking, law firms, aeronautics, manufacturing and mass market products.
Philippe is on the faculty of the International Executive Institute of the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University as well as The Institute of Corporate Directors at Rothman School of Management, Toronto University.
Philippe is also a member of the International Coach Federation and contributed one chapter on efficient communication to the book Roadmap to Success published in 2011.
Philippe will facilitate or present in English and French. He can also converse in Italian.
